Broncos beware: It?s a bumpy ride for No. 1 seeds in the NFL playoffs

Since the Denver Broncos last played a NFL divisional round playoff game to close out the 2005 season, eight of the 14 No. 1 seeds in both the NFC and AFC have lost in that round.

The total includes 2008 and 2010 when both No. 1 seeds lost in the Divisional round. The rundown:
