Practice Lead, Business Partner Human Resources
We are looking for HR Business Partners both at the Associate level and the Lead level. We have multiple needs and this position can be located in the following offices: Seattle, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, or San Francisco. An Associate level candidate will have 3-5 years experience, and a Lead candidate will have 5-10 years experience.

Scope of Responsibility:
The Human Resource Practice Lead guides and manages the overall provision of human resources services, policies, and programs for Canada. The major areas directed are:
Recruiting and staffing;
Organizational planning;
Performance management and improvement systems;
Organizational development;
Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns;
Employee orientation, development, and training;
Policy development and documentation;
Employee relations;
Company-wide committee facilitation;
Company employee and community communication;
Compensation and benefits administration;
Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health;
Charitable giving; and
Employee services and counseling.
Business Requirements:
Position will be based in the Toronto, Canada location.
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 10 to 12 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Management. The ability to manage large scale change and complexity is a must.
Strong organization skills and communication skills are a must.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree in a relevant discipline is required, master?s degree preferred.
