Avoid running on hard surfaces: Most of the injuries associated with the operation are the result of running on hard surfaces. I?m sure there are trails or parks almost everywhere and make good use of them is of utmost importance. If you like running along paved surfaces, at least make an effort to run on grass or dirt roads or paths once or twice a week. A good time is when you?re one of the races, it?s refreshing for the legs. It is also important to avoid uneven surfaces as these can mess with the alignment of your body, especially your legs and back.

Choose the right running shoe: I can not stress this enough, but the condition of your running shoe greatly determines the number, type and frequency of running related injuries in performance activities. In other words, if you choose the wrong type of shoes for the feet, it is likely that damage, even if the shoes are new. Sometimes you can have the kind of shoe, but has exceeded the mileage requirement for footwear. If you are a beginner and not sure what kind of shoes to buy, get expert advice running shoe or your coach or more experienced runners. Avoid buying cheap shoes, simply because the price can cost you a fortune to treat injuries or even worse if you stop running altogether.

Recreational supplement running with other activities: Our body needs a break from running, especially when we are tired. Since taking a break has its place in our schedules to run, I recommend doing other activities that produce benefits similar to running, but put less stress on our bodies. Swimming and cycling are the two most common and effective supplements on the run. Both activities increased pressure away from the legs and allow the process of recovering without actually taking time off to exercise. If swimming is not enough, try running in the pool, this will surely give a great workout. Swimming and cycling are also great for rehabilitation after injury.

Take a break from working: As mentioned earlier in this article, our body needs time to adapt to physical stress are leading to run.
