An investor in foreclosed real estate will share his strategies as part of an upcoming meeting of the Real Estate Investors Network in Grand Junction.
Dan O?Connor, a foreclosure investor for more than a decade, will discuss his techniques with new and experienced investors.
O?Connor has created a series of real estate investment courses, including courses titled ?Your First Deal in Five Weeks or Less,? ?Short Sale Sucker Punch? and ?Junior Lien Sniper.?
The Real Estate Investors Network has scheduled the meeting for 6 p.m. Aug. 15 at the Grand Junction Masonic Center, located at 2400 Consistory Court. Admission is $10 at the door, $65 for a one-year membership. First-time visitors attend at no charge.
