Staying Fit As You Grow Older

As you grow older, the body get weaker and parts of it don't work as well, this is a fact of life. You don't have to take it without a fight. Working out with weights will help keep your muscles and bones stronger, and it doesn't take much work. It will also make you feel better if you give it a try.
